World Cup 2018

Germany vs South Korea

Betting Germany here. The Germans were very impressive in their last match vs Sweden, down to 10 men and still coming back to win 2-1 and it was a very much deserved win too as they created a number of very good chances. They face a South Korean side already eliminated for the World Cup and also missing key midfielder Sung-Yueng Ki of Swansea who is also the captain of the side, his absence will leave a void in midfield for them.

It is very difficult to think anything other than it will be a long night for South Korea. They don’ have a lot of goals in them either and it is really difficult to see anything other than a German win by a few goals.

Germany -1.75 Min Odds 1.81

Mexico vs Sweden

Betting Mexico here. They will pay for their loss vs Germany the other night by going out of the World Cup against 10 men they sat very deep and Tony Kroos winner was deserved by the brave Germans.

They ace a Mexican side who know a draw will be enough to put them through. We should see Sweden force the issue in this match and that could really play into the hands of the Mexicans who have been excellent so far. The Swedes are well organised and a very hard working bunch but they lack in quality and at some stage by forcing the issue I can see Mexico getting a goal.

Mexico -0.25 Min Odds 1.99

Brazil vs Serbia

I am betting Serbia +1 here. They need a win and that may bring it’s own danger but they are a very good side and we seen the other night Spain who really only needed a draw to go though play in a very nervous manner vs Morocco and it was only a late goal by Spain that got them a point. Brazil scored 2 late goal to beat Costa Rica,

Serbia will be a much more difficult team to face. They know they need to win but I can’t see them going hell for leather at the early stages. I think they will wait until the last 20 minutes and if it is still 0-0 then they will start to throw men forward. If it does get to that stage we could see a very nervous Brazil.

Serbia +1
