Superliga Argentina: Central Cordoba vs Racing Club Odds for August 25, 2019

Superliga Argentina Central Cordoba Vs. Racing Club Asian Connect

Central Cordoba earned an important point on their visit to Talleres last weekend, having drawn 1-1 in spite of playing with ten men during around 40 minutes. That result means El Ferroviario managed four points in the first three rounds. Therefore, the team remain out of the relegation spots on their return to the top flight. Central Cordoba is also unbeaten in their last five matches at their own stadium, with two wins and three draws in the process.

Defending league champions Racing Club are still winless this term. Last weekend, they suffered a heavy blow, losing 6-1 at home to River Plate in a terrific night for them. Eduardo Coudet’s men remain on two points in three weeks and they managed only one victory in their last nine matches among all Superliga competitions (drawing six and losing two). Racing hasn’t won any of their last five away games, with four draws and one loss. Racing Club centre back Leonardo Sigali is suspended after seeing a red card against River Plate last weekend. Alejandro Donatti is still doubtful with muscle issues.

Central Cordoba is quickly adapting to the top league and they will have their first game against a big club so the motivation for them has to be huge. Racing is coming from a 1-6 defeat at home, they are in a must-win situation and have missings in defense that could mean trouble, so I expect goals here.
