Arsenal vs Aldosivi
Sarandi Arsenal have been displaced from the Copa Sudamericana spots last weekend, when they lost away at Rosario Central 3-1. Sergio Rondina’s men remain on 31 points after six league games without a win (four draws and two defeats). They need to return to winning ways soon to remain safe from potential relegation threats. At home, Arsenal earned only two points from the last nine available in the Superliga.
After two consecutive successes in the Superliga, Aldosivi deflated their performance and succumbed to a 3-1 home defeat to San Lorenzo last Sunday. The team are producing a poor campaign in general terms with 22 points, but they remain outside the relegation zone thanks to their recent improval under boss Angel Hoyos. In fact, El Tiburon grabbed ten points from the last 12 on offer on away turf in league action.
Arsenal has been defending horribly later conceding 7 goals in the last two matches and Aldosivi has scored in their last 6 away games, so I can imagine an open match here.
