Aldosivi vs Tigre

Aldosivi is adapting well to the Superliga and they made it six points from nine available last weekend, when beating Lanus 1-0 away from home, thanks to a strike from Matias Pisano in the first half. Those six points allow El Tiburon to stay safe from relegation threats so far. Gustavo Alvarez’s men also managed ten points from the last 12 available at Jose Maria Minella Stadium, since losing to Quilmes 3-1 in March during the last B Nacional season.

Tigre booked their third 2-2 draw in this league season last time out, when sharing points with San Martin SJ at home even though El Matador were leading twice. El Matador were ahead in all three matches this term but they are yet to win, and that’s worrying news as Cristian Ledesma’s men need to produce an excellent campaign to stay in the Superliga. Tigre claimed a single win in their last 15 away matches (seven draws, seven losses), when beating relegated side Olimpo 5-1 in April.

Tigre is in a desperate mode as they are 10 points behind the closes team they have in the averages table and this means that anything but wins are a waste of time for them. All their 3 league matches so far have finished 2-2 so this short totals line feels worth a bet.
