Spain vs Iran

Betting Spain here. There has been a major market move over night for Iran but I thought Spain were so impressive vs Portugal coming back twice and only for a bit of magic from Ronaldo they would have won.

Iran have only one way of playing and that is to defend and counter, even if they fall behind they are unlikely to attack. They really are that negative. I simply have to go for Spain on the current line of -1.5, they have to win this match.

Uruguay vs Saudi Arabia

Uruguay were not impressive in their opening match but Saudi were awful. The Sauidi’s have hardly played any competitive football in 2018 most of the players were loaned to Spanish clubs where they got no game time bar one player coming off the bench in a 2nd division match. Suarez and Cavani could really go to town on them, oddly the Saudi’s have been backed last night as I was closer to betting them than Uruguay.

The one thing I noticed about Saudi Arabia in their opening game was that they had no street smarts about them. They seemed totally naive and that does not argue well for them facing Uruguay. Betting Uruguay on the big line of -1.75

Argentina vs Croatia

Betting Croatia +0.5 for tomorrow. I thought Argentina looked dreadful in their game vs Iceland and considering they were only playing Iceland. They looked so shaky at the back. How will their defense handle a team like Croatia, it is difficult to see. It feels like Argentina have some square pegs in round holes. Croatia on the other hand looked quite decent even if they played within themselves for long periods vs Nigeria.

They looked more balanced which is something you can’t see for Argentina. I am going for Croatia +0.5 here, the market came up this morning. I think we may see the line change to +0.25 tomorrow and given how much we are seeing odds change over the night i would like to put this bet up now.
