Belgium usually rotate where they can, the fact they put out a strong team v San Marino may mean they rest players ahead of today’s match away to Kazakhstan. Belgium have already qualified and we may see them take take their foot of the pedal here, i make the Kazaks value on the +2 line, they have already beaten Scotland at home in the group 3-0 and despite a loss to Cyprus earlier in the week i think +2 in what effectively is a friendly match is worth a pop. I just don’t see the motivation for Belgium to turn up and really try and i do think Hazard and a few others will be rested.
