Superliga Argentina: Velez vs Huracan Odds for October 31, 2019

Velez Sarsfleld won 1-0 at Rosario Central (who hadn’t suffered any league defeats this term) thanks to a goal from Leandro Fernandez. As a result of that success, Gabriel Heinze’s men remain sitting in fourth spot of the Superliga table on 19 points (two behind leaders) having won six of their last seven games (along with a single loss). At Jose Amalfitani Stadium, they collected ten of those points, winning three, drawing one and losing one. Velez Sarsfield midfielder Fernando Gago has overcome his muscle issues and is available.

Huracan have improved greatly interim boss Nestor Apuzzo took over the reins after Juan Pablo Vojvoda’s departure. Last time out, the team beat arch-rivals San Lorenzo 2-0 at home to make it four league games unbeaten without even conceding (two wins and two draws). El Globo have climbed into 17th spot on 13 points. On a sorry note though, they collected only five points in as many away games, having celebrated a single win this term. Huracan striker Andres Chavez remains out with muscle issues.

Even if Huracan has improved and they just won a derby, Velez is clearly here the better team, specially at home.
