Superliga Argentina: Independiente vs San Lorenzo Odds for November 03, 2019

It wasn’t the best debut for interim boss Fernando Beron: Independiente blew a 2-0 lead at Union Santa Fe and ended up drawing 2-2 after conceding twice in the last ten minutes of the game. Therefore, El Rojo are now on three league games without a win (collecting a single point in that span) and have accumulated only 14 points in total (with one game in hand). At home, the side managed seven points from 12 on offer. Independiente interim boss Fernando Beron will miss Fabricio Bustos as the right back saw a red card at Union Santa Fe and is suspended.

San Lorenzo suffered their third consecutive defeat and the fifth in their last six league games (along with one win) last Wednesday, when they lost to Defensa y Justicia 3-1 at home. Coach Juan Antonio Pizzi resigned on Thursday. After a remarkable start in the Superliga, El Ciclon remain on 16 points and have slid out of the continental spots. Nine of those points were claimed on away turf as San Lorenzo registered three victories and two defeats.

San Lorenzo’s defense is just terrible. They conceded 9 goals in the last 3 games and while Independiente is not the strongest team, they still can score goals so I have to go with the over here as well.
