Huracan vs Independiente
Huracan is now on 11 league matches without a win, having drawn three and lost eight (including the last three). Last time out, they were beaten by Talleres 4-2 away. Therefore, they remain occupying the penultimate place of the Superliga table on 16 points. Five of those winless matches in league action took place at Tomas Adolfo Duco Stadium, with El Globo registering two draws and three losses.
Independiente continues getting worse week after week. Last time out, they lost 1-0 at home to relegation candidates Gimnasia LP, which means they earned a single point from the last nine available in the league. Accumulating 26 points this term, El Rojo seems to have no further aims for the rest of the league season.
Huracan has conceded goals in their last 12 games and 9 out of the last 10 had at least two goals so I have to expect at least a couple here as well between this two teams that don’t have much to play for.
