Manchester City vs Newcastle

This is quite an ugly bet but I believe it is a valuable one, we saw a total goal line for this fixture last season of 3.5 we see an identical one today, however, this is a match without Keven De Bruyne, last season it was a game that he was very influential in and I think without him driving at Newcastle the goals may be less than the 4 that were scored in this game last season. City scored 3 that day and the only reason the game went over was that of a lucky breakaway goal by Newcastle. Newcastle has an even more defensive look to them this season, they will be without Richie and Shelvey today who are 2 of their players who can issue in the other team’s half. I can’t see Newcastle scoring and given Newcastle ultra-defensive approach, they had just 1 shot on target in the league cup midweek against Notts Forest, Manchester City may need to do all the scoring and without De Bruyne that could be difficult, I am going to bet the under 3.5 goals here.
