Uruguay knows they are almost certain to be runners up in their group but they will want to make sure and they will want to try and top it as well to avoid Colombia in the quarterfinals, it is a case they will certainly have to meet them anyway. There is an outside chance they could face Brazil and this is something Uruguay certainly will not want to happen which is why I think they are a good bet against a Chile side that will almost certainly rest. Suarez will play with hand protection and we should see close to an Uruguay strongest 11.
