Racing Club vs Huracan

Racing Club seems unstoppable right now. Last weekend, the team couldn’t show their best version, but they still managed a 3-1 away victory at Aldosivi to stay as league leaders on 39 points, now tied with Defensa y Justicia who won on Friday. That victory also means La Academia is on seven matches unbeaten with six wins in that span – including the last three. Eduardo Coudet’s men also are yet to lose at home, having collected 20 points from 24 available.

Meanwhile, Huracan also is one of the best sides at the moment. Last time out, El Globo extended their unbeaten run to eight matches (four wins and four draws) by beating Rosario Central 2-1 at home. That victory allowed them to stay occupying the last Copa Libertadores berth on 30 points, with 14 of those arriving on away turf as a product of four successes, two draws and two defeats.

An interesting game between two of the strongest teams in the league. Huracan could be tough to beat, but I think Racing will extend their winning run without any problems. Home win.
