Aldosivi vs Belgrano
Despite suffering several absences, Aldosivi managed a success last weekend, when beating Estudiantes 2-0 at Quilmes, with Matias Pisano and Cristian Gabriel Chavez finding the back of the net in the second half. Therefore, El Tiburon reached nine points in five weeks, which is a remarkable start for a squad who have just got promoted. At home, they secured three points in two games, having beaten Huracan and lost to Tigre.
Belgrano is still unbeaten in the Superliga (with one win and four draws) following a scoreless home stalemate with Newell’s Old Boys. Goalkeeper Cesar Rigamonti was superb keeping a clean sheet as the team were dominated for most of the time. El Pirata are still occupying the final safe spot in the relegation table, just two points above San Martin SJ. On away turf, Lucas Bernardi’s men drew with River Plate and Defensa y Justicia.
Aldosivi has been irregular at home but they have the potential to be a team without relegation issues and they will achieve this by winning at home. Belgrano has more points than what they deserve so at this odds I have to go for the home win.
