This match is intriguing in that both these sides met in the qualification groups, the first match was played in Angola and Angola started slightly odds against at 2.02 on the -0.5 line, they won 4-1 after going behind and from the highlights, this looked a very flattering scoreline with the Mauritanian keeper making at least 2 bad mistakes for 2nd and 3rd goals and probably should have been doing better with the 4th, the first goal they conceded was a penalty again coming from a mistake when a defender lost control of his footing and slipped. The 2nd qualification match was played only a few days later in Mauritania and Mauritania again took the lead but this time held it and looked quite comfortable in the game although they seemed to sit back and defend after scoring, they actually started -0.25 (1.97) favourites for the match. So you would imagine the correct line for this match should be no bigger than -/+0.5, it is -/+0.75 and I think this makes Mauritania a bet. Their coach commentated after the Mali result that with it being their first match (Mali 4 Mauritania 1) ever in a big tournament it got to his players and he expects a much better performance here v Angola. Betting is a numbers game and the numbers make Mauritania a bet here +0.75. I am also betting the overs goals in this match, Mauritania knows they need to win as do Angola and it should make an open match of it.
