Guinea plays Algeria today without their star man Naby Keita and that is a major blow for the team referred to as National Elephants, however, I think this news has been factored into the betting market and Guinea is a bit of value. The teams last met in an international friendly match 2 years ago where Algeria started the game not much smaller in terms of odds than they are for this match -0.75 @ 1.8, the game was in Algeria so there is a reduction to be made from those starting odds for home advantage to give a clearer picture of the difference between both sides. Guinea still has some decent players even without Keita with players playing in the French, German, English, Greek, Italian and Spanish leagues. I think +0.75 at odds against represents value and I think Guinea can make this a tricky night for Algeria, who are without a doubt aside with some excellent wide players but I think Guinea can set up in a way that can thwart their attack. I am also betting the under here, again very much like I said above I think the true line at this point in the tournament is 1.75 at odds on in terms of goal lines, the goals average is creeping up helped by the Nigeria v Cameroon match from yesterday but I think that was the exception rather than the norm and the under 2 is worth a go.
