Gimnasia vs Instituto
Gimnasia LP young squd made a great effort to secure their first point of the season following a scoreless away draw at Banfield even though they were dominated for most of the time. As a result, El Lobo left the bottom spot of the league table, now occupied by Colon alone. The team are now on seven league games without a win (two draws and five losses).
Instituto showed another worthy version in their last game. On Sunday, the team registered a scoreless home draw against Huracan and were even close to securing the win. La Gloria made it five points in three matches on their return to the top flight to stay safe from relegation threats for now, extending their unbeaten streak to eight games (considering last season in the second tier), winning three and drawing five.
Gimnasia is a young team and will have trouble throughout the season, but they come from at least getting a point and at home I expect them to be stronger than away, specially when playing against a recently promoted team like Instituto.
