Central Cordoba vs Tigre

Can’t understand why Tigre are favorites here. They couldn’t even beat a 10 men Velez last week, they have only 2 goals scored after 7 rounds, so while Central Cordoba are also not fully reliable, they are definitely in better form and they’ll be at home here.
