Madagascar have come in here as the surprise team of the tournament, they confounded expectations by topping their group which was rated at as high as 23.0 by bookmakers prior to the tournament of happening. DR Congo was very poor right up until their last group match where they beat Zimbabwe 4-0. It is difficult to know if that result was down more to Zimbabwe being awful on the day, from what I have seen of that game Zimbabwe just seemed to collapse once they conceded, I am not sure if DR Congo should be as big as favourites as they currently are and I think Madagascar +0.5 is worth a bet who impressed v Nigeria. I am also betting the under in this match, goals are such a struggle in this tournament and I can’t see many goals in this early match as well as that the goal line is 2, I think 1.75 is probably the right line for these matches at the moment anyway so I think under 2 is a fair line for betting.
