Celtic vs Rangers

This is one of the biggest derby games in the world and the first of the season takes place in Celtic Park tomorrow. Celtic are in a bit of mess at the moment, their star striker left the club yesterday to join Lyon and their best defender went on strike to try and force a deal through and only came back last week. Also, there are serious questions of the relationship between manager Brendan Rodgers and the Celtic board after a poor transfer window. Rangers, on the other hand, are in a great place, they have spent well and the gap between the sides has certainly narrowed this season from where it was last season. Both sides were in action in the Europa league, however, Rangers were in Russia to play UFA and played the game with only 9 men after 2 red cards. The market looks like it has overreacted to the fact Rangers played in Russia and also played with 9 men for some of it on Thursday. But this is factored into the price and the +1 is a huge line against a Celtic side not exactly flying, with that I am betting Rangers +1 in the old firm derby.
