Arsenal – Godoy Cruz

Sarandi Arsenal clinched another important point on their visit to Boca Juniors last time out, when Cristian Colman found the back of the net in the 75th minute to make it a 2-2 away draw. However, Leonardo Madelon’s men are now on five league games without a win (four stalemates and one loss since they beat Huracan 2-1 at home in round three). As a result, with eight points in this competition, they are sitting in the 25th spot of the relegation table. El Viaducto have been unbeaten in their last five matches at home, winning one and drawing four.

Godoy Cruz’s fans should have felt devastated after their 3-3 home draw against Estudiantes last time out as the team conceded the equaliser in the 94th minute. However, they managed to climb out of the relegation zone following Sarmiento’s loss at Racing Club. El Tomba lost only one of their last five league matches, winning two and drawing two to make it nine points in this competition.

Arsenal is slowly improving and they have to be motivated after the very deserved draw at Boca so I’ll take them here not to lose at home against this irregular Godoy Cruz.
