I am betting Latvia here, they have vastly improved of late and they should have too much for Moldova, Latvia beat Moldova 4-2 back in June when the game was played in Moldova and they started -0.25 favourites in that match, so I think Latvia -0.75 at home is more than fair and worth a bet.
