I am betting Latvia here, they know a win will mean promotion to league C and they have shown that they have improved drastically of late, they like to play on the front foot and even though a draw will mean promotion it is a dangerous game to play for a draw and can only see them going out to win this match and make them a fair amount fo value to do so too.
