Russia is the home team here and they’re odds look very short; they were hammered 3-0 by Belgium on Saturday night while Finland recorded a 1-0 win against Copenhagen. I think the game will suit the Finns today, they will be able to sit in against the Russians and I believe that is something the Russians may struggle with, a team that sits in. The Russians don’t look like they have too much creative flair in their team and also their natural game is one where they can counter on the opposition and they won’t be able to this today. Finland also know that a point will almost certainly allow them to progress to the next round and if they are to do that then there is more chance v Russia than there would be v Belgium who they play after, so with that I am betting Finland +0.75 and Under 2.25 goals to be scored.
