Croatia vs Spain
I am no major fan of Croatia; I think they have issues in a number of areas but every team has it’s price and I believe they offer value here v a Spanish side I still have concerns about going forward. Spain latest match saw them take on a very poor Slovakia side and while they won well they were certainly given a helping hand by Slovakia, who defended dreadfully. Spain will meet a much better Croatian team today and a team who were impressive in their win v Scotland at Hampden Park, where key man Modric played a major part in their victory and that is a great sign in itself for Croatia that Modric still seems to be operating still at the highest level. The game will be played in neutral Copenhagen to which is an added bonus for Croatia as up until now Spain have played all their matches at home. Croatia reached the world cup final in 2018 losing to France and as a result they have massive experience in their squad for tournament football and I can’t see this Spanish team running riot against them when they could not beat Poland or Sweden earlier in the tournament at home, so betting Croatia +1 and betting under 2.25 goals as well, I think Croatia can keep it tight and can have a lot of the more the ball than many other teams who play Spain which should help in regards both bets.
