Atalanta vs Young Boys
I am betting Young boys here tonight, I believe they are underrated and I thought they were impressive in their opening match v Manchester United having 19 attempts at goal to United’s 2, Yes United were reduced to 10 men from the 35th minute but even up to that point Young Boys had 5 attempts at goal to United’s 2, after the red card it was 14-0 to Young Boys in terms of attempts as they swamped United. They face a Atalanta side who have showed up for years as being very positive on the stats and currently showing as only the 7th best side in serie A on the Expected goals charts, i would have some questions if they are a team on the slide. They are still without strikers Muriel and defender Hateboer, while Palomino is a major doubt after picking up a injury in a recent game. Young Boys should be able to name the same side than beat Manchester United with Nsame still out though injury, he would be considered a key striker for the Swiss side although Siebatchau has been excellent so far this season and Nsame has not been as missed as many would have thought. I think Young Boys are value here and give Atalanta something to think about in what should be a open match.
