Hibernian vs Celtic

 

Hibs are on a terrible run and now welcome Celtic to town, Hibs have lost their last 3 games and are also missing a number of key and starting players form their ranks either through injury or suspension. Defenders Ryan Ryan Porteous and Darren McGregor are both out through suspension while Kyle McGennis and James Scott are out injured alongside long term injured player Christian Doidge. Celtic are welcoming players back from injury and they probably just deserved their 2-0 win at home to St Johnstone in their latest match, they look better defensively too although it is fair to say you could not put too much trust in them at the back either and Hibs for me are a better team going forward than defending, very much like Celtic but even more vulnerable with defenders missing tonight. But I do think Celtic are value to get the win here and I believe over 2.5 goals is a bet too with both teams seeing their games averaging over 2.5 goals per game (Hibs 2.60 and Celtic 2.90).
