Tottenham have improved under Conte I have not rated them 6th best team in the league and not too far off Arsenal and Man United but i can still bet Southampton +0.5 here today and with the Saints getting players back in their last match they will be an awful lot healthier for this match than they have been for previous matches of late.  They recorded a good win away to the Hammers on boxing day and+0.5 is worth a go at home.
