I am betting Norwich City +1.25 here, Arsenal are shorter odds than when Manchester United visited Carow Road and Norwich should have taken a point that day. United are a better team than Arsenal and since Dean Smith has come in I think Norwich have looked a much better team, they are still weak without doubt but they are more competitive and while Arsenal should win the match I think Norwich +1.25 is value at home. The odds are probably shaped as a result of Arenal facing a Leeds United side who were desperate last weekend and Arsenal battered them on the night and probably with so many Leeds players out it is not fair to judge either side on that result, so betting Norwich +1.25.
