Everton host Man city today and I think the Goal line is too high for this match, Everton has changed the way they play and we will almost certainly see Everton use a low block formation where they will look to defend and get something from a counter or a set-piece. City is a different animal this season than any other season under Pep, they seem to be more about playing in a more conservative manner and we are seeing their games featuring much lower goals, their games average just 2.37 goals per game. Everton’s matches are averaging 3 goals this season but Everton is playing very different compared to how they played earlier in the season, since the change of tactics 5 of their last 6 matches have seen less than 2 goals scored and the other match was when they beat Arsenal 2-1 so there were 3 goals in that match, those 6 matches averaged just 1.66 goals per match. The team news favours the unders as well with Richarlison being a massive loss for Everton and James Rodriguez is still out through injury while Gabriel Jesus is out too although Aguero did come on for the last 13 minutes v Newcastle it is difficult to see him playing 90 minutes. I think this is an outstanding bet and I would not put anyone off variations of it i.e. betting under 2.75 goals or under 1.25 goals in the first half.
Under 3 Goals min odds 1.80
