Crystal Palace vs Arsenal
I am betting Crystal Palace in the opening match of the new premier league season; Palace were a solid side last season and that should continue into this new season despite losing Conor Gallagher. Arsenal is expected to do better this season but I am not sure just how much they will improve, new signing Gabriel Jesus i would have some reservations about and I’m still not convicted about Ramsdale the Arsenal keeper either but they should improve this season at the same time. However, I do think 0.75 is a big line for this Arsenal team away from home as they actually lost 9 games on their travels last season and a trip to Palace in a London derby is not an easy start. I think Palace will play in a tight manner they are defensively solid and I can see this match turning into a game neither side wants to lose and it may play quite cagey so I am betting Crystal Palace +0.75 and under 2.5 goals scored.
