I am betting Manchester City -0.5 here, I think Chelsea are a bit of a mess, new boss Leroy Rosenior is already feeling the heat after some very poor results and odd behaviour. Chelsea have banned Enzo Fernandez from the match day squad following comments in the press about his desire to play in and live in Madrid and club captain Recce James is also missing. City have looked very good in recent weeks and they finally feel liked they have clicked, they beat Arsenal 2-0 in the Carabao cup final at Wembley and then hammered Liverpool 4-0 in an FA Cup match last weekend, I think City will win this and I make them value to do so against a Chelsea team who were badly beaten by Everton 3-0 in their last league match and have a real vulnerable look to them today against an in-form City team.
