Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest
I am betting Nottingham Forest +0.75 and under 2.75 goals to be scored, Forest have an extra 2 days to get over their match when they were beaten 2-1 at home by Arsenal, however Bournemouth only played on Thursday night away at West Ham. They probably would not have been back to their beds until 2 or 3am and that would have hundred what they would have been able to do on Friday in terms of preparation for this fixture compared to Forest who would have had 2 extra days to prepare. I think it gives an advantage Forest and I think with such a big handicap I think it is worth opposing Bournemouth today. I am also betting under 2.75 goals, I just don’t think the Cherries will be as dangerous today and when you have value on the underdog then there is a direct correlation between betting the underdog with betting the unders.
