Aston Villa vs Newcastle United
I am betting Newcastle +1 here, I don’t believe Newcastle are any good really but there are some very solid reasons for betting here and most of it has to do with Aston Villa. Villa were only fresh off a few weeks of isolating when they faced Man City, they were unlucky and were caught out by a controversial goal 11 minutes from time and then a late penalty but they looked shattered at the end of the match and it could be a huge ask now for them to lift themselves and face a Newcastle side fighting for their lives, or should be fighting for their lives. They also have key midfielder Paul McGinn missing through suspension and as well as that Newcastle have virtually a full squad with Allan Saint Maximin expected to play some part. I am also betting the under goals in the game, Newcastle will come and defend and look for a point and play on the counter, the goal line is 2.75 at the best odds as i write this is 2.07, Villa may not have the legs to push for goals and i just feel given Newcastle lack of attacking prowess the unders look very attractive.
