I am betting Cyprus here, it makes sense on my ratings to do so s i make them value, Yes they are better tahn Cyprus but with a bit of home advantage i would suggest the market should be a draw no bet line and not +0.25/-0.25. Cyprus fought for a point in their last Nations league match away against Azerbaijan and historically while Luxembourg have improved, I would have issues at ever doing anything else but taking them on away from home when they are favourites. Team news seems fine for both teams and i am betting Cyrpus +0.25.
