I am betting Chelsea here, the main reason they have Tammy Abraham back and the fact that Tottenham Hotspurs had a tough midweek game and are missing Son and Kane for this match as well who are involved in 60% of their goals. Chelsea had chances v Man United and the expected goals were 0.89 v 0.66, so they had better chances in the game. Chelsea may have to wait until the 2nd half to get the win but I expect them to do so and believe they value today.
