Waterford has seen a number of players leave the club of late namely their key midfielder Bastien Hery who departed for Northern Irish champions Linfield, however tonight they face one of the lesser sides in the league in Finn Harps, Harps are a side who have only taken 3 points away from home this season and who themselves lost players when the transfer window opened. Waterford does not have a lot of firepowers but included in the Hery deal was striker Michael O’Connor who came the other way from Linfield and who may suit Waterford’s style, this is a game Waterford will miss Hery in as he had a great eye to unlock a defense but against a side as poor as Harps they should just get away with it, Waterford should have won in Sligo last weekend and this on paper looks an easier match, Waterford to win.
