West Brom host top 4 seeking Spurs tomorrow, Spurs are 5 points ahead of Chelsea and have a much better goal difference but they are still a very motivated side as we head into the final 3 weeks of the season.

West Brom in contrast are all but down but since the change of manager they have looked a much better side, they have beaten Man United, drawn against Liverpool and then last weekend traveled to Newcastle and picked up a further 3 points.

Spurs for me looked a tired side in their game vs Watford and there is a doubt over star midfielder Mousa Dembele who went off injured on Monday night. I am happy to chance West Brom +1.25 at min odds 1.90

Everton v Southampton

Everton are a side who are finishing the season in style and host a Southampton side who may go on a winning run to the end of the season after picking up a win last weekend. Southampton even before the Bournemouth victory have not been playing too bad. However the market has priced them wrong here, I simply can’t have them as the favourite for their match away to Everton. I made a massive 7.5% adjustment in terms of motivation in the Saints favour and still have Everton as a bet.

For me there is motivation drop off even in the Premier League but for me it mainly comes when teams play away from home, the drop off is minimal for home sides. Everton will have motivation, first the game is live on TV in the UK and 2nd there is an increasing chance big Sam will still be in charge next season and last there are a relatively big club and their fans will not put up with a drop off in motivation. The team news is fine for both sides but betting is a numbers game and i make Everton a bet on the draw no bet line.
