Blackburn Rovers has improved over the summer and they host newly-promoted Charlton who has lost player over the summer and look like a side that will be relegated straight away. I make Charlton the worst side in the league and with their chairman seemingly not willing to invest it is hard to see how they can compete in the division. Blackburn has bought in Stuart Downing and Bradley Johnson, as well as striker Sam Gallagher from premier league Southampton and all 3, should improve Blackburn this season. I think -0.5 at home to Charlton will look a very good bet in a few weeks time and I am taking Blackburn to get the win.
