Tigre vs Huracan

Tigre produced a terrible performance on their visit to Atletico Tucuman last time out and they ended up losing 3-0. It was their first defeat this season as Cristian Ledesma’s men had booked one win and three draws in the previous rounds. That means El Matador is 12 points behind Belgrano in their struggle to stay in the top flight. Tigre drew with San Lorenzo and San Martin SJ in their two home games this term.

Huracan is getting better week after week. Last Monday, Gustavo Alfaro’s men played excellent football to beat Banfield 3-0 at home. Therefore, they are on three games without defeat in the Superliga, having won the last two. That also means Huracan climbed into the last Copa Sudamericana spot on eight points. With regard to away games, El Globo lost to Aldosivi and beat San Martin SJ.
