I am betting Manchester City -1.5, I think both sides will make changes and rest players but Chelsea have so many players out through injury that their rotation maybe much more substantial than what City will do. Chelsea is without N’Golo Kante, Reece James, Ben Chilwell, Wesley Fofana, Armando Broja, while Mason Mount, Raheem Sterling and Christian Pulisic are major doubts.  I think Chelsea are missing so many players that they won’t want to risk the doubtful players and I can see City winning this game by a couple of goals.
