I am betting Ireland 0 here, they don’t have a great record and their performance last month v Finland was very poor but it was too bad to be true, they are a side with a lot of Premier League in England experience, Connolly, McCarthy, McGoldrick, Robinson, Stevens are starters at their club and I would have said Matt Doherty as well but he was dropped at the weekend. However, the big news for making Ireland a bet is that COVID 19 has ripped through the Slovakian camp and they have probably lost their 2 bets players in midfielder Lobotka of Napoli and now defender Milan Skriniar of Inter Milan both are huge losses and when you consider they are already without their excellent Goalkeeper Martin Dubravka of Newcastle United Striker Michal Dubris of Omonia Nicosia and defenders David Hancho and Lukas Stetina of Sparta Prague. It is a huge ask tor Slovakia to win later on tonight and I would make Ireland clear favourites and clear value. I will be back with further reviews in the morning.
