Boca Juniors fans will have felt devastated after the team’s 1-1 home stalemate against Fortaleza EC from Brazil in week five as the team conceded the equaliser in the 90th minute. On Sunday, Alberto Illanes’ men drew 1-1 away at Guabira to make it four points in as many matches in the Bolivian Torneo Clausura. Nacional lost only one of their last four in all competitions, winning two and drawing one. On a sorry note, they remain winless in the last eight as the visiting side (one draw and five losses).

Boca needs a miracle to get the 1st place of the group and avoid the playoffs: a big win by as many goals as possible and that Fortaleza at least doesn’t win at home against the already eliminated Sportivo Trinidense. It looks almost impossible that the brazilians won’t win, but even if they do I expect Boca to go all in here and get a big win to raise their morale after some poor performances and bad results. This bolivian team is very strong at home because of the big altitude where they play, but away they lost both games in this competition and conceded 7 goals so Boca shouldn’t have a problem to beat them here.
