Therefore, they climbed into third spot in the league table on 22 points, three behind leaders Palmeiras. The team managed nine victories across their last 13 competitive matches on away turf, drawing two and losing two in the process.
Boca was playing badly before the break and now without their leader Carlos Tevez (who left the club) they can’t be any better. Atletico Mineiro continued playing, they must be in much better form and shouldn’t lose here.
