I am betting Plymouth here +1, they face a Sunderland side who have gone downhill since they sacked coach Tony Mowbray and now they are being asked to cover a big handicap like this, they were fortunate to take a point from Boro away last weekend and the feeling is quite negative amongst supporters about their new coach Michael Beale. Plymouth on the other hand are playing well and whilst they had a midweek cup replay that went to extra time they still should be competitive here today getting a +1 head start on the handicap.
