I think the value is with Cardiff here today despite losing to Notts Forest on Friday, they did play awful in the game and on another night could have taken a point from the game and overall, they are in decent form. They have slipped outside the playoffs at the moment so this game will very important and with Wednesday all but down, Cardiff could have the more motivation going into this and I think -0.25 against a limited Wednesday team is worth a go.
