I am betting Plymouth here today, they were excellent last weekend when they were unlucky to lose away at high flyers Ipswitch Town in a 3-2 defeat, they face a Boro side who were poor last weekend against a very average Stoke team and a Stoke side missing a number of players too. Boro played midweek in the league cup so Plymouth should be the fresher team and are worth a bet +0.5.
