This may seem a little mad of a bet but Schalke have to be better than they have shown, they have not won a Bundesliga match since beating Borussia Monchengladbach however there is some opportunity for thinking they could soon turn a corner, they have probably 2 of their hardest games they will play this season behind them when they played Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig away from home. The new coach has a few weeks to prepare his side and they also beat Bundesliga 2 team Paderborn 5-1 in a recent friendly match. As bad as Schalke finished the season, they still finished in 12th position, there simply has to be a side in there waiting to come out. Union have started the league well but I can still see them struggling they lost Sebastian Andersson to Koln who was their top scorer last season. I just think Schalke is worth a go and they’re value at home to a side that ultimately will do well to stay up again this season.
