I am betting Hertha Berlin here +0.75 Leverkusen are in terrific form but I think their performances are not as good as their results, looking at the expected goals table they are currently 8th in it and the table tells us they should have near 6 goals less than they have scored. Leverkusen is also missing a number of players namely central defender Tapsoda as well as Palacios, Arias and Aranguiz, Hertha is pretty full bar attacking player Cordoba but I think they can cover him. Hertha +0.75 is my bet.
