Union vs Tigre

Union Santa Fe lost their last five league matches, which left them out of the race for a ticket to the playoffs. Having accumulated 17 points, they will try to climb into the continental places in the aggregate table. In fact, their 20 points in the group stage allow them to occupy one of the Copa Sudamericana spots in the aggregate table. On a sorry note, El Matador claimed a single regular-time win in their last seven league matches, drawing two and losing four.

With the Copa Sudamericana qualification in their pocket, Union can finally focus again on the league and at home they should have enough to beat this Tigre that reached the final on a lucky run but are not that good.
