Union Santa Fe are going through an excellent moment of form. Last time out, the team secured a massive 1-0 away success at newcomers Independiente Rivadavia, a victory that allowed them to stay as Liga Profesional leaders on ten points (along with Racing Club, Talleres and Huracan). In addition, Cristian Gonzalez’s men made it five league matches unbeaten, winning four and drawing one, to climb into one of the Copa Sudamericana spots in the aggregate table. Union have been perfect at home so far, beating Banfield and Barracas Central without even conceding.

San Lorenzo are currently finding trouble in the Liga Profesional. Two weeks ago, the team succumbed to an unexpected 1-0 home defeat to relegation candidates Sarmiento following a poor performance. Union won’t have striker Adrian Balboa but playmaker Luna Diale is back which is very important for them. San Lorenzo will have back many of the usual starters that rested last weekend so this totals line looks very short and worth a bet.
